You can choose to dine at the island counter or make your way into the formal dining room adjacent to the living room and separated by French doors. There you’ll find a light-filled space that overlooks the patio. In warm weather, you can open the numerous French doors and extend the entertaining outside. Moving deeper into the home, you will find a powder room and a relaxed and informal living room filled with plenty of seating and a second fireplace. Enjoy a game of pool, play the piano, take a spin on the exercise bike, or grab a book and relax in a sunny window seat.
The master bedroom’s balcony overlooks the pool and grounds, and the master bath is well-appointed with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor, also ensuite. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Events Policy: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided. An event fee of 8,000.00 may be required.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
