Arch House displays a charming post and beam style home accompanied by spacious accommodations and an inviting, rustic feeling. This naturally cooled, two story home is within less than half of a mile from the Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, which features restaurants, shops, and nightlife. 

The cozy accommodations are situated right in front of a park offering playing fields, playgrounds, and tennis courts. A door in the backyard fence makes the facilities practically an extension to the already amazing backyard. 

Upstairs features two comfortable bedrooms and a sleeping loft with twin beds, so guests are offered various options for sleeping arrangements. For your pleasure, a marble Jacuzzi in the master bath is ready for soaking. Take advantage of the open floor plan coated with country style pine paired with modern decor. 

Be sure not to let the cabin feel fool you. Arch House is equipped with wireless access, flat screen TV, DVD, and sound system.

The property offers a lovely intimacy, despite its prime location to various hot spots. Evergreens and hydrangeas surround the property to offer the true feeling of an escape, not to mention the sunbathe-ready heated swimming pool. Dining options are endless, as you can savor the flavor at home- on your back deck overlooking the pool...or perhaps try a brunch at Estia's around the corner. In the mood for dinner and a show? Don't forget to check out jazz night on Thursday's at Bay Burger if that better suits your taste.

Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
