Enjoy a quiet getaway at this 2,150 square-foot beach cottage near everything East Hampton has to offer. Natural light fills the bright interior with hardwood floors and crisp white walls. Relax in the spacious living room with high ceilings featuring a wood-burning stone fireplace. In the family room, lounge in front of the flat-screen TV on plush furniture. Whip up a delicious breakfast in the light-filled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Sip home-brewed coffee with the morning paper at the breakfast area with seating for two. Share a meal in the open dining area with a six-person table. The finished basement provides another living space that includes a flat-screen TV. Work up a sweat before your day starts using the elliptical machine. Play relaxing background music throughout the home using the Sonos speaker system.

The private backyard is a perfect place to entertain and unwind with family and friends. Fire up burgers, brats, and veggies on the gas grill to enjoy al fresco at the six-person table on the large deck. Take a refreshing dip in the in-ground heated freshwater pool. Soak up the sun with a book and cool beverage in hand from the four poolside lounge chairs. On the cooler nights, gather around the wood fire pit on the side of the home. When you’re ready to explore, take a scenic ride around town on the four supplied adult bicycles. Grab the supplied beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler and head to the spectacular nearby ocean beaches. Take a short drive to Georgica Pond, where you can launch the supplied kayak. You are also minutes away from the finest restaurants and shopping in East Hampton Village. When you return from the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. At the end of a long, sun-soaked day, drift to sleep in the four bedrooms on the first and second floors. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience and a Pack ‘n Play travel crib for the little ones. You are sure to have a memorable stay at East Hampton Town Terrific.

Utility Disclaimer:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation.

Cleaning Disclaimer: One light cleaning per every seven days and one end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. Guests may request additional cleanings at their expense.

Additional Persons: No additional persons beyond the max occupancy of this listing are permitted.

Events Policy: Events are prohibited

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners’). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.
