This charming cottage, located in the heart of Quogue, has everything your family would need for a serene yet fun getaway. Complete with both front and back decks/porches as well as several living rooms, this home certainly has enough sitting space for the whole group to relax and unwind. The kitchen welcomes any and all levels of chefs to utilize all it has to offer. Featuring an island with four high-top chairs, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinets to unload after a large grocery haul, this space will serve as both a place of preparing meals in addition to a casual dining area. For a more formal occasion, dine at the eight-person, wooden dining table located in the proper dining room. As a third option, you may also bring the meal outdoors onto the back deck and dine morning, afternoon, or evening with views of the vivacious backyard and sparkling gunite pool. Spend the day soaking up the Summer sun while fully reclined on a lounge chair, or venture into downtown Quogue for a day of shopping, sight-seeing, and dining in local restaurants. Upon returning home, spark the cozy fireplace on a cool Summer evening and take a load off in one of the several living rooms before retiring for the evening in one of the five spacious, well-curated bedrooms — each having plenty of drawer and closet space to completely unpack. 109 Montauk Highway is a classic family farmhouse, with a beach vibe.. Built at the turn of the century, the house was fully renovated in 2018, and includes 5.5 bedrooms, 3.5 new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and central air conditioning. The property is located just across from the east end of Quogue Street, and less than a mile to both the beach and village. The house sits on almost 2 acres, with a swimming pool, outdoor dining, and beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Additionally there a two usable out buildings. The first is a pool shed with a Peleton and weights. The second building is an old hay barn, which now includes a ping pong table, stereo, projector and movie screen. The perfect place to spend a summer evening or rainy day. The property also includes an outdoor shower, 2 gas grills, a number of bikes and ample parking. There is wifi-coverage across the property, and TV’s with streaming throughout the house.
